Use:

FOR MEDIUM TO FINE HAIR: Apply to dry hair and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse well, then shampoo. FOR MEDIUM TO THICK HAIR: Apply to towel-dried hair and leave in for 5-10 minutes. Rinse well. FOR A NOURISHING BOOST: Apply both before and after shampooing as seen in the previous steps.
